We have just launched our new “Must Know” filter. In the “Practice by Category” section, when opening a category, there is now a “Must Know” button at the top right. Every category now has this filter. These are the questions we feel are the must-know topics before the exam, especially for those short on time and trying to prioritise revision. If not already done, make sure to go through them. It is not on the app yet, but it will be soon.

There has recently been a change to the licensed duration of Nexplanon in the UK. Previously, Nexplanon was licensed for 3 years of contraceptive use, which is what many older guidelines, textbooks, and exam questions still refer to. In 2026 May, the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) updated its guidance to reflect that Nexplanon can now be used for up to 5 years for contraception. This change is unlikely to affect the correct answers to any exam questions, but we have updated our explanations to reflect the newer guidance update.
